How(l) of Healing Story Circle Workshop
September 7, 2023 | 10:00 am – 11:00 am – LOCATION Sol Flower, 13650 N 99th Ave Sun City, AZ 85351. The more support we receive, the more powerful we become. This class seeks to explore the ways in which we are impacted by hearing the healing stories of others and by the telling of our own, and how those stories affect the ways we approach our own healing. This workshop offers the opportunity to explore ways in which we can work toward healing through the use of storytelling. Using a different story archetype each session, class members will learn how to tell their own stories, and as they share them, release them to be healed. This class is ongoing, meaning each
month will focus on a different way in which to share, or hear, our own ‘stories’ that need to be healed. There will be guided instruction for the participants during each session. Free however, registration is required for this class through the Sol Flower website.
LIVE Interactive Angel Card Reading
September 13, 2023 | 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Free – ZOOM meeting. Join Michelle as she uses her beloved Angel cards and draws live for those on the call. Perfect for those new and/or curious about Oracle cards – Michelle will provide an explanation about what they are and what they are not, and how you can use them as “road signs” on your journey.
MSPJ Book of the Month Club: The Fifth Agreement: A Practical Guide to Self-Mastery

Join us every month on a live ZOOM call as we support each other on our journeys and discuss the ideas of our monthly reading selections. Everyone is invited to share their takeaways and insights at each meeting. It is not required that you participate every month, but it is requested that if you join us that you have read the book (or at least most of it) and share in the discussions.
Crystal Compass: Navigating Life’s Journey with Crystals

There are different types of metaphysical properties that can support you on your journey. We will discuss what crystals to use, how to use or even wear them, and when to use them.

Did you know sharing your story can have amazing benefits like emotional processing, relief, connection to and helping others, validation of your experiences, and can be a powerful tool for your own healing process? Most importantly, anyone can tell their story. You do not have to be a great orator or a degree in public speaking. Come learn an aspect of storytelling with us each month in our discovery sessions that are designed to help you unleash your story and “howl” with healing! Live Zoom sessions are free and will be 45 – 50 minutes in length.
Self-Care for the Busy Season
October 4th, 2023 | 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Free – ZOOM meeting. Your cup must be full for you to pour it into others! Get ahead of family obligations, holiday rush and planning, multiple events, and end-of-year work deadlines this year, and make sure to take care of yourself! Join Michelle and together create your own self-care relaxation products, get tips to take care of yourself this season, and maybe even some inspiration for those gift lists! This workshop is perfect for women who are super busy or take care of everyone else before taking care of themselves. (A list of supplies will be sent beforehand so pre-registration is highly recommended.)

October 18th, 2023 | 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Free – ZOOM meeting. Each month the Crystal Compass Discovery Session will introduce you to an aspect of metaphysics that can be a tool on your journey. You may ask questions, receive a live demonstration, or participate in an exercise, all geared to learn, grow, and have fun. From energy to crystals, and Guides to manifestation, each month you’ll discover something new! Live Zoom sessions are free and will be 30 to 50 minutes in length.
Sedona Fall Weekend Retreat
October 20-22, 2023 – Come to Sedona and be a part of the “My Soul Purpose Journey” Fall retreat! The retreat focus is on Connection. The paths of a small group of women converge for this weekend of fellowship and sharing.
